The space's sleeping area includes a comfortable queen-size bed, with a perfect view of the TV for catching up on your favorite shows before a good night's sleep. The full bathroom includes a single vanity and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
This second-floor apartment is nestled in a gem of a neighborhood with award-winning restaurants, shops and green spaces found in every direction.
Guests will have access to the entire 2nd floor, and plenty of street parking is readily available.
This property does not have a washer and dryer.

- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th
- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday
- $50 per person: Saturdays
Monthly passes can be purchased for a discounted rate *Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. Prices are subject to change.
Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.
All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $2,800. The manager allows pet cats but does not seem to allow dogs. As always, you should ask as early in the process as possible if you have any questions regarding the pet policy.
