This is a non-smoking house; it will not be rented to anyone that smokes. Rent is $2,200/ month, First and Last month are required for move in. Security deposit of $2,000 also required. We use a 12-month lease. Electric and water are the tenant's responsibility. Garbage fees are included in rent.
