We have spacious 6 bedroom/2 bath apartments where you rent your own private furnished bedroom and share the common areas with the other roommates. Our apartments are NOT only for students, although many of our tenants are.
Pricing depends on the length of lease you sign. We typically rent by semester but have other options if you're interested in those as well. Our lowest price is our 1 year lease which is only $425 a month, all utilities included!
Pricing & Lease Options:
Refundable Security Deposit - $200
Non-Refundable Lease Initiation Fee - $250
Twelve Month Lease - $425 per month
Ten Month (Two Semester) Lease - 10 monthly payments of $450 or 2 upfront payments of $2,250 due at beginning of each semester.
Six Month Lease - $475 per month
Five Month (One Semester) Lease - 5 monthly payments of $500 or 1 upfront payment of $2,500
Approved Short Term Lease - $550 per month
Your rent includes water, sewer, trash, electric, gas, and internet.
Renters insurance is a requirement. We can provide you with ours for an additional $15, or you can provide your own.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $425. The building also boasts a fitness center to help residents stay in great shape. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
