I'll be renewing my lease so the price might go up by $10-15 not too sure yet. The apartment will be furnished as you see in the pictures, hope you like hippie white girl chic! 🙈

This would be the perfect spot for a single person or a couple.
Oh finally it is a fifth floor walk up which I know is a little cringey !! but definitely worth being so close to the roof (we have unofficial access perfect for tanning/picnics/smoke sesh) and it's great being above the noise of street level!
