My house is located close to many stores, restaurants and just few minutes away from the airport. I have  over five hospitals in the vecinity. You can walk to the max, just 2 minutes away.
Just to clarify, you will be renting one room, large bedroom is 1800, and the other is 1500. I am diligently working on upgrades, and adding a bed in each bedroom. Please advise ahead of time of any special preferences. But currently the large room has a queen, and the other bedroom is a twin. All flooring is recently stained, and in mint condition.
