SHORT TERM RENTAL

I am a college student in the city, and gone for the summer. Im looking to have ONE OCCUPANT rent my apartment UNTIL October 1st. Weekly rental available at $800 per week.

Full amenity building;

Doorman, round the clock handyman, rooftop with lounge chairs, tables, couches and Wifi, lounge for working/meetings on the 35th floor (Wifi and bathroom in lounge), 2 laundry rooms in-building, full-sized gym with machines, free weights and Peloton Indoor Exercise bikes.

Apartment;

Lofted full sized bed with a full sized futon below, and a small corner couch. Plenty of space for clothes/storage with a closet and large clothing rack.

Fios high-speed (Gigabit Connection) internet in unit.

Dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, toaster oven, full size fridge and freezer.

4 large windows in the apartment allow for great sunlight.
