The space is incredible - think 14-foot-high ceiling, white brick walls, an elevator that opens right into the living room, and in-unit washer/dryer.
The living room is huge and comes fully furnished - 2 couches, sound system, HDTV, dining table, kitchen island, and an amazing home-gym setup (both weights and cardio) for all your quarantine workout needs.
The room is highlighted in red on the floor plan. It fits a queen sized bed and a small desk, and also comes with a closet!

Whole Foods, the World Trade Center, and Eataly downtown are all within walking distance. Both the Hudson River Greenway and the Brooklyn Bridge are super close by if you want a quick run.
To top it all off, the building has a spectacular rooftop with views of the city - perfect for the summer!
