DESCRIPTION
Looking for a roommate for our massive 4 bed, 2 bath Tribeca apartment!

The space is incredible - think 14-foot-high ceiling, white brick walls, an elevator that opens right into the living room, and in-unit washer/dryer.

The living room is huge and comes fully furnished - 2 couches, sound system, HDTV, dining table, kitchen island, and an amazing home-gym setup (both weights and cardio) for all your quarantine workout needs.

The room is highlighted in red on the floor plan. It fits a queen sized bed and a small desk, and also comes with a closet!

The location is unbeatable - the Chambers St Subway station is right around the corner (running the 1/2/3 lines), and 10 minute train ride to Penn Station. Whole Foods, the World Trade Center, and Eataly downtown are all within walking distance. Both the Hudson River Greenway and the Brooklyn Bridge are super close by if you want a quick run.

To top it all off, the building has a spectacular rooftop with views of the city - perfect for the summer!

You'll be living with 3 class of '18 college grads who work in tech, who are passionate about startups but also love exploring the city.

A full year lease is preferred, but also open to shorter-term leases depending on your situation.
