Studio Apartment - 734sq ft | $1,295 Rent + $20 Admin Fee | Residents are responsible for electricity. Renter's Insurance is required. This can be purchased through personal insurance or through Commercial Northwest for $15.00 a month.
The 9th St Apartments are currently not accepting pets. Service/Companion animals will be accepted with proper documentation.

We require 2 forms of ID (1 government issued, 1 photo ID) – for each applicant
Proof of income – combined income from all applicants needs to be 2.5x the amount of rent
$1,295 deposit – paid in either cashier's check or money order (The deposit can be used to hold an apartment for 7 days before rent needs to be made on the unit).
We do not accept anyone with Evictions, Felonies, and/or anyone that owes money to other Property Management Companies. Also, we do not accept Section 8/Vouchers.
