The house is centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood, within 2-3 miles of downtown, trails, parks, Juniper Fitness Center, St Charles Medical.
Rent is $2,500 month, and includes gas heat, utilities, electric, internet, trash and recycle pick up, and lawn care. First months and last months rent, and a $1,000 deposit.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $2,500. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
