DESCRIPTION
Huge duplex apartment with a large kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and washer/dryer in unit. This building was built approximately 6 years ago and is very well maintained (have never had any pest problems whatsoever). The super lives right next door in Apt 1B and is very responsive. The first floor can easily fit a large dining table, and the downstairs is large enough to accomodate a king sized bed with plenty of space leftover. The layout is from the previous tenant, since I am in the process of moving, but I was able to fit a large sectional couch located in the downstairs area as well. The lease goes until May 30th, 2025, in which time you can renew through the management company.

various chemicals. These factories brought many immigrants,
especially German ones, to the neighborhood. These immigrants
opened many breweries and Bushwick was soon named as the "beer
capital of the Northeast."
During the late 1800's, Bushwick garnered more of an Italian
population as well, though industry still dominated the
neighborhood until after WWII, when many of the factories…
