The local 57 bus goes right by the building, as well as the 501/503 express buses(which go downtown and to Copley Sq). The Mass Pike is a quick 3 minute drive. A quick walk into Oak Sq, enjoy the YMCA, Dunkin Donuts and many other places for entertaining.
