DESCRIPTION
The most breathtaking views in all of Tribeca! NO FEE. 5 minutes walk to A, C, J, Z, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 trains, and 8 minutes walk to R & W trains.

I'm moving out early from my apartment in the skies of Tribeca and my generous landlord is allowing me to transfer my lease. It's on the 39th floor and is one of the most coveted apartments in the building (I had to move into a lower floor, then wait years for this gem to come available). It can now be yours!

Facing north-east, this 1BR apartment offers amazing views of the city. It has a generous sized living room, and the spacious bedroom can fit a king size bed along with a bedside table/drawer. There are in total three closets in the apartment, offering ample storage space. The large foyer can act as an additional space for an office or sitting room (as you see in my pics, I use it as an office). As for the kitchen, it is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a KitchenAid dishwasher and a gas range oven.

Fun Facts and History of Tribeca

Originally used for farmland after the colonization of the Dutch, the land was given to Trinity Church in 1705. The church would own the area for over 100 years, building separate churches and living spaces for the growing population. These homes would later be recognized as one of NYC's first residential neighborhoods beyond the original colonial boundaries.

By the 1840's, several piers had been built in the area, which encouraged trading ships to land there rather than navigate the more difficult East River. This made industry in the area explode, making it a hub for produce and textile creation. The industry of the area only grew after the construction of the subway and…
