Tenants agree to replace HVAC filter every 6 months.
Tenant agrees to use "Bona" or "Swiffer" floor cleaner on floors.
For toilets, tenants agree to use a silicone bristle toilet brush and non-abrasive cleaners.
For showers, tenants agree to use Teflon surface friendly materials when cleaning showers (soft brush/cloth, sponge). To soften mineral deposits, use a solution of vinegar and water. Tenants agree not to use abrasive cleaners.
For garbage disposal, tenants agree to not place bones, grease, eggshells, onion/potato/avocado skins, hard foods, fruit pits, pasta or rice into disposal.
For kitchen countertops, use a water dampened soft cloth and mild dish detergent or soap if needed, along with wiping dry with a damp cloth.
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
SUMMARY RENTAL CRITERIA
-We look for favorable credit history, good references, sufficient income, and the ability to move-in within 14 days of the available date.
-If approved, we require one full month's rent, plus deposit to move-in
