Outside, there's an outdoor table and chairs for you to enjoy sitting outside in and I encourage you to go outside and enjoy the back yard...and relax! You may see our family of deer that lives in our woods or maybe hear the owl.
We have a small, 3 pound dog named CeCe and she is super friendly; so if you happened to see her just say hi! If you don't like dogs, please let me know in advance and I will make sure she stays up in the front yard only while you are here.
We are governed by an HOA here and you will be provided with a copy of the bylaws. You must read them upon arrival (see house rules, please)

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $2,400. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
