I'm leaving my current apartment due to a pandemic-related paycut. I've lived here for 2.5 years and need someone to sublet for the remainder of my lease (through end of March) with an option to renew at that point.

This is a fourth floor 1 bed / 1 bath apartment in an elevator luxury building full of amenities. The building has a 24/7 doorman and refrigerated storage for cold deliveries. You'll always have somebody here to sign for your deliveries! The rooftop is furnished and large, and has been a savior through summer. There is a laundry room, gym, yoga studio, and other recreational spaces in the building.

The apartment itself has 3 closets, a nice-sized kitchen with updated appliances, lots of natural light, and a queen-sized bedroom. Pet friendly.
