         This is a one-bedroom apartment on the third floor of the front of the building.  .You enter first the living room. It is carpeted and has a bay window facing south. It gets loads of sunlight. On the north wall of the living room is a galley kitchen. To the west of the living room is the bedroom, which is large enough  to  accommodate two people, their beds and their work desks.

There are a washer and dryer in the basement for use by the tenants of the building -- at no cost. Gas and electric are separately metered: They are the lessee's responsibility . The building is quiet; it is pet-friendly.

Drexel Police and Drexel Public Safety routinely patrol the area. We are one block from campus.
