The Apartment
The apartment is located on the 23rd floor of a luxury high rise building with quiet neighbors (literally never hear anything). It was originally an incredibly large studio that was perfect for putting up floor-to-ceiling flex walls and splitting the space up into a two bedroom (which is what we have now). Photos of the balcony don't quite do it justice, It completely wraps around the apartment and is an additional ~200sqft of space? There's no laundry in unit, but we have a laundry room on the floor below us (22nd)

Location
Its two blocks away from Fulton St. Station (A/C/E/2/3/4/5) and a 10 minute walk from WTC/Brookfield place (1/F/PATH) (which you can do underground in the winter!)

About me (my current roommate)
I'm a software engineer at a medium sized tech company. My day-to-day routine is pretty unobtrusive (which is important with the one bathroom). I have a flexible schedule (thanks to working in tech) but I shower at work in the mornings after working out. I usually leave the apartment by 7:30am and am home between 5-7pm depending on the day. I cook almost every day (happy to split meals if you'd like) and almost always asleep by 10:30. I travel pretty often on the weekends (I've been home 6 weekends this year), but am not really a night owl. Fine if you are.
