We're moving out of our 3 bedroom apartment and looking to sublet. The apartment is on Broadway one block away from Baby's Alright, a 24/7 deli, around 3-4 blocks from the train (one stop away from LES) and one block from the Williamsburg Bridge and Peter Lugers, with view of the bridge from apartment along with fire escape access. We are looking for no hassle tenants, we are very understanding, no bother landlords (Couple with 2 kids). No broker's fee and we promise rent will not increase for the first 2 years but will give the freedom of a 1 year lease. All we require is 1st month and deposit. There is a washing machine in the apartment as well as air conditioners that you are welcomed to keep. Stainless steel appliances. All pets are welcomed. $3700 per month. Roommates welcomed.
