Unfurnished with some exceptions being: coat cabinet in entryway, wall unit in bedroom, bedside tables, bike rack, and under window table in kitchen.
One block from the A train, four blocks from the 1 train, surrounded by several parks including Fort Tryon Park and Inwood Hill Park.  Stairs only building with laundry two blocks away.
Please note the rent is $1811 and as an incentive I'm offering a monthly reduction of $66, electric/gas up to $100/month and WiFi for May-December.  Renter must have good credit,  proof of income and be approved by landlord.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $1,750. The person posting the listing did not specify that any pets were allowed. It may be the case that pets are ok and the manager simply has not yet filled out all the details. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher. This is a No Fee apartment, meaning the manager or agent should not ask you for a broker fee (there may still be deposits and other move-in fees paid to the landlord).
