You would have your own entrance, bathroom, a fully furnished room  and a simple shared outdoor screened kitchen. Although the studio is an independent space the kitchen is a shared space in which pots and pans and smells etc. are mutually shared, thus we are looking for individuals who are vegetarian (no cooking of eggs or meat but dairy is ok) or vegan with no drugs, smoking, or alcohol. we are also completely off grid so no high energy stuff such as a tv, microwave, blender, etc.

This space is best for an environmentally conscious, flexible and open being. We have a small diverse community of young residents and helpers so you're always welcome to connect with our Ohana or have your total privacy if you'd like.

We also have four pets on the property who love to hang out with the residents here so contact us if you have any pets, as in rare occasions we can accommodate for a well trained pet.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $610. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy..
