The security deposit required is equal to one month's rent, with residents responsible for electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis. Ashgrove Apartments is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a refundable pet deposit, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets.
For applicants, we charge a standard application fee per person 18 years or older.
