Mediterranean hideaway in Carmel-by-the-Sea is just a few blocks from downtown shopping and dining, but in a quiet tree-lined neighborhood.
The house is just a few minutes from downtown Carmel and Carmel beaches, and just 10 minutes away from popular attractions such as the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row and Asilomar. It's also just minutes away from golfing and sightseeing in Pebble Beach.
First floor is a great room with living room, dining area and kitchen.
Chef-quality kitchen has Thermador appliances and a built-in wine refrigerator. Large capacity stacked washer and dryer are in the kitchen.
Living room: gas fireplace, 65-inch HDTV. Windows and French doors throughout the home let in generous portions of natural light.
First floor: master bedroom suite with gas fireplace, 50-inch HDTV, walk-in closet, a large en suite bath with deep jetted tub, separate shower.
Upstairs: two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other a full-size bed. The full bedroom has a large closet. The queen bedroom has an armoire and a small balcony with seating and ocean views over the treetops. Both bedrooms have HDTVs.
The upstairs bath has a tub-shower combination.
A small car in the single-car garage plus 1 parking space in the driveway.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $8,062. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
