Where to begin on the apartments themselves? These efficient, open concept residences (specifically some of the smartest studio/convertible layouts we ve seen to date) come with exposed concrete ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Vinyl hardwood plank flooring runs throughout the livings spaces (there is Berber carpet in the bedrooms), and every apartment has a stacked washer and dryer. In the kitchen you ll find Energy Star appliances, and an undermount stainless sink and subway tile backsplash. Bathrooms are equally decked out with designer fixtures and mirrored medicine cabinets.
