I love my space, but I moved to Florida for work and it's to nice of a place to let sit empty. Top floor loft feel with large windows and great natural light. I currently have tenants living there now (since Dec 1, 2016), but they are moving out March 31, 2018. The pictures will really do the talking so please let me know if you have any questions. Not a hotter neighborhood in Chicago. 6 blocks from the united center and about .5 mile from all the action on Randolph Street. Whole foods and Mariannos Grocery are 1 mile down madison and 15+ restaurants within a 4 block walk. Perfect for a couple or someone in and out for business. Couple of quick facts listed below. -1 indoor heated parking spot included.
-Pet friendly building w/ elevator.
-54 unit condo building. Safe, secure with friendly neighbors.
-Free additional parking easily available on Loomis and Washington.
-Trash and water are included.
-1 year lease preferred, but open for longer options.
-Ideal lease would start April 15, so I have time t fly up after tenants move out and make sure everything looks OK. Open to a April 1 move-in date.
-Rooftop community deck w/ grills that overlooks the city. Awesome view!
-Walk in bedroom closet (not pictured because it's a mess), but plenty of room for 2 people.

NEAR WEST SIDE
Just west of the Loop, the Near West Side offers a great balance
of location and affordability. Renting an apartment here will put
you in close proximity to Fulton River District, Little Italy,
Illinois Medical District, and the United Center; they're all part
of the Near West Side. The CTA's Pink, Green, and Blue Lines all
run through the area, as well as highways I-90/94 and I-290.
Near West Side apartments are generally in low-rise multi-unit
complexes. Rental costs are reasonable here, with many spacious
apartment options. A one-bedroom rental with great amenities can be
found for less than $2,000. Apartments are significantly less
expensive as you go further west.
The Near West Side populated as workers looked west of downtown
for more affordable living options. Hull House was founded here in
1889 and its community outreach had great effect on the quality of
