Having graduated Harrington College of Design with a BFA in interior design Jason Mezydlo brings an expert eye to envisioning what your new space can be. Jason started his career in New York City Real Estate in 2012 primarily focused on Commercial ventures, assisting small business owners in locating prime leasing opportunities, negotiating favorable contracts and assisting with space planning consultations; helping his clients take their white box space to a fully functional business operation.

Over the years Jason has shifted his focus to the residential real estate market, first in the luxury rental market in Manhattan and then the home sales market in Manhattan and North Brooklyn. With years of experience in real estate Jason Mezydlo brings industry expertise, a sharp intuitive sense on emerging market trends and his well informed love for America's greatest City's history, art and architecture to every deal. A true people person he strives to truly understand his clients needs, working on each deal with empathy and integrity.

Jason has been a longtime resident of Park Slope Brooklyn, where he maintains a beautiful private garden, hosts community events and works with local charitable organizations.
