YOUR NEW HOME
Step inside and the first thing you notice is the ceiling. High ceilings give the whole home a lift you feel the moment you walk in. This is a home that lives big, breathes, and gives you room to spread out. The kitchen is where it lands: custom cabinetry with soft-close drawers, caeserstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwashers. Also yours: pre-wiring for high speed internet ensures the outside world is always at your fingertips.
The flex one layout is the whole point. A proper partition wall creates a private, cozy bedroom that takes a full-size bed and a desk with ease, while the living and dining space stays entirely its own: generous, open and framed by those windows. It is a true one-bedroom life, in a building most people assume is out of reach.
THE BUILDING
14 stories, with interiors by Original architects Starrett & Van Vleck. Residents have an in-house, complimentary fitness facility, laundry rooms on every floor, rooftop terrace and elevator. The lobby is held by a doorman and concierge: the quiet luxury you feel every single day, and the reason a package is never a problem again.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Midtown West is three neighborhoods stacked into one: the glass podiums of Hudson Yards at the south end, the classic tenement-conversion row homes blocks and restaurant-dense avenues of Hell's Kitchen through the middle, and the theater district to the east. Ninth and Tenth Avenues carry the everyday life here, small independent restaurants running block after block, and the Hudson River waterfront sits two or three avenues west of your door.
Weekends have real range. The Edge observation deck and Vessel anchor Hudson Yards Public Square, Backyard at Hudson Yards runs movie nights and seasonal programming, and the High Line's park-level entrance at 30th Street opens onto an elevated garden walk. Further north, Pier 97 is built for lounging and the Pier 96 boathouse runs public kayaking at Clinton Cove. Shopping is concentrated and serious: The Shops at Hudson Yards hold Cartier, Dior and Louis Vuitton alongside Zara, Uniqlo, Aritzia and lululemon. Mercado Little Spain, Russ & Daughters and Eataly Caffe handle provisions inside Hudson Yards, with Whole Foods at 10 Columbus Circle open until 10pm daily.
Dinner is the deepest asset. Restaurant Row, West 46th Street between Eighth and Ninth, runs wall to wall before curtain: Joe Allen has been a Broadway institution since 1965 and Barbetta holds the old-world Italian end. Kochi serves dinner seven nights at 652 Tenth Avenue, Don Antonio's pizzeria is at 309 West 50th, and Hudson Yards adds Estiatorio Milos, Locanda Verde, Oyamel and Miznon. The Pier 84 dog park at West 44th Street is where neighbors actually meet.
Then the green. Hudson River Park runs four miles along the west side. Piers 63 and 64 hold its largest lawn and a formal tree grove with views of the Statue of Liberty and the George Washington Bridge. The High Line was a freight rail viaduct before it was a park. The Javits Center at 655 West 34th Street wears a 6.75-acre green roof and a one-acre working farm.
GETTING AROUND
The 7 runs to 34 St-Hudson Yards, the main line serving Hudson Yards. The A, C and E run under Eighth Avenue through 34 St-Penn Station and 42 St-Port Authority, and the 1, 2 and 3 run under Seventh through Penn Station and Times Sq-42 St, where the N, Q, R and W also stop. NYC Ferry's Midtown landing is at West 39th Street and the West Side Highway. Penn Station, about two blocks east of Hudson Yards, carries Amtrak, the Long Island Rail Road, NJ Transit and PATH, and the Port Authority Bus Terminal is at Eighth Avenue and West 42nd Street.

HUDSON YARDS
Nestled between Hell's Kitchen and Chelsea is a newer addition
to the Manhattan neighborhood family. Hudson Yards is a development
that broke ground in 2012 and has seen major progress within the
last few years. It attempts to entice all New Yorkers via
residential buildings, art centers, public gardens, and green
spaces.
Before Hudson Yards, there was The West Side Yard, which is used
as a storage space for the trains of the Long Island Rail Road.
Much of the land had been consolidated over the years, meaning
there was a decent amount of space that could be used for
development. The plan for mixed-use development was put forth in
2008 and the groundbreaking for 10 Hudson Yards took place in
December of 2012.
Since then, eight of the proposed sixteen buildings have been
completed, as well as a public green space. The next phase of
Hudson Yards construction will finish out the project and is
expected to be complete in 2024. Several major…
