Originally from Greece and now based in downtown Manhattan, he combines a global outlook with deep local market knowledge across some of Manhattan's most dynamic neighborhoods, including SoHo, NoHo, Tribeca, Hudson Square, the Financial District, the Lower East Side, the East Village, the West Village, Chelsea and NoMad. Focused primarily on Manhattan's residential market, he has a particular interest in luxury properties, investment-oriented opportunities, and international clientele.

Before entering real estate, Fotios spent eight years working in banking and international development, collaborating with senior stakeholders across public and private sector institutions on complex global initiatives requiring discretion, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.

His experience navigating high-pressure, client-facing environments sharpened the qualities that now define his approach to the business: professionalism, analytical and strategic rigor, strong communication, and an unwavering commitment to trust and confidentiality. His background in finance and global strategy also allows him to guide clients with a thoughtful, data-driven perspective while remaining highly attuned to the personal side of every transaction.
