DESCRIPTION
Newly Renovated True 2-Bedroom with In-Unit Laundry on the Lower East Side
A proper two-bedroom in the heart of the LES, not a converted flex. Both bedrooms fit queen beds comfortably and come with their own windows and closets, leaving the common area free to function as a real living and dining space.
The renovation shows throughout: an updated kitchen with dishwasher, a marble bathroom, hardwood floors, and open city views. A washer and dryer sit inside the unit, a genuine rarity in a prewar LES building.
The 1932 building offers elevator service and a shared roof deck for warm-weather evenings above the neighborhood.
Stanton Street puts you in the middle of it: the restaurants, bars, galleries, and coffee shops that define the Lower East Side are all within a few blocks, and the F/J/M/Z at Essex Street and Delancey Street are under a five-minute walk, with the F at Second Avenue close behind.

a residential neighborhood to support the growing population of the
city and for the strategic location of Corlears Hook, a notable
site that sailors used for navigation.
Starting after the American Revolution, the area became very
popular with immigrants of German descent. The new
micro-neighborhood of "Little Germany" was established but, as
things tend to happen in NYC, they were soon sharing the area with
large Italian Jewish populations.
