DESCRIPTION
Gorgeous 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment featuring a fully open kitchen that flows directly into a spacious living and dining area ? a layout built for actual living, not just passing through. Western exposure floods the space with natural light through the afternoon and evening, while offering city views that shift with the time of day. Closet space throughout is genuinely ample, a detail renters notice the moment they start thinking about move-in day rather than just touring.

Life here extends well beyond the apartment door. The building is designed to support the kind of day-to-day convenience that makes a lease feel like an upgrade rather than a compromise ? with amenity spaces, including a lounge and party room available to book by the hour, giving you room to host without squeezing guests into your living room. Management runs things with a clear, professional fee structure and responsive leasing support, and touring is handled by appointment to ensure every prospective resident gets real one-on-one attention.

Step outside and you're in a part of the city built for people who want their home to actually work for how they live ? whether that means grabbing coffee before a west-facing sunset from your own window, having dinner close by without needing a car, or being close enough to transit and everyday errands that your commute stops being a daily decision. This is a home for someone who wants their apartment and their neighborhood to feel like one connected lifestyle, not two separate things they have to coordinate.

Fun Facts and History of Hudson Yards

Much of the land had been consolidated over the years, meaning there was a decent amount of space that could be used for development. The plan for mixed-use development was put forth in 2008 and the groundbreaking for 10 Hudson Yards took place in December of 2012.

Since then, eight of the proposed sixteen buildings have been completed, as well as a public green space. The next phase of Hudson Yards construction will finish out the project and is expected to be complete in 2024. Several major…
