Brian was a great partner in my apartment search. From the very beginning Brian was very attentive to all of my apartment needs and made a clear plan for how we would find a new place in the most efficient way. Brian’s expertise of the NYC apartment market, and specifically unique situations such as those involving flex apartments really helped narrow our options. Even after finding a place, Brian has consistently been there to support all of our questions, and has bridged the gap between us and the building management team expertly. I would highly recommend anyone work with Brian due to his kindness, knowledge and dedication to his clients.

I found Brian via Renthop and it was the best find of NYC! He showed me one or two apts. the first night and was on time and so knowledgeable. After telling him my specifics, we set a date to see several places on a Sunday. He listened to everything on my list and MORE! He was great to work with and I have already recommended him to several friends! Signed a 2 year lease, but cannot wait to work with him again!

Brian was super great to work with! He was very honest and kept a close watch on new apartments coming on the market to share with us. I would highly recommend working with him in your home search!

Brian helped us find our apt in Hell’s Kitchen. He explained all of the steps we had to take to secure our apt and answered any and all of our questions. He made our lease signing stress free and I would recommend him to anyone looking for apt in NYC!

Brian was so great to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, attentive and responsive. He took time to understand exactly what we were looking for - He helped us find a great place with the amenities and qualities my roommates and I wanted (and within our budget!). 10/10 recommend.

Brian helped us find a great apartment. Brian is very trustworthy and went above & beyond to secure an apartment that ticked all of our boxes. I would highly recommend Brian as a broker and will pass on his contact info to all of my friends.

Brian was so much help during this process. He showed all available properties within my price range, when I only requested one viewing, which made the process so much easier. I was able to get a better sense of what was on the markets. He was always extremely responsive and willing to accommodate different meeting times with all of my roommates. He was great, and really helped us find an apartment that was the right fit.

Brian was a pleasure to work with! Not only was he super accommodating with my schedule and showing me apartments after work hours but he knew exactly what I was looking for! We looked at over 20 apartments together and not once did he give up on searching for the apartment he knew I wanted. I always felt that Brian had my best interest, which is hard to find with some agents in NYC. I would recommend working with Brian to anyone!! Thanks Brian!!

Brian was extremely helpful and accommodating. When we met with him to look at two apartments, he offered to show us more apartment that we didn't even know about, based off of what he thought we liked. We found our current apartment through him and we are so happy with it. I highly recommend working with Brian.

Brian was so patient and attentive helping me find the apartment that I wanted. He was respectful and only showed me quality apartments in my budget and didn't try and up sell me with places out of my price range and broker fees.I highly recommend working with Brian, he was super helpful in the entire process and signing a lease has never been so easy!

Brian is the greatest. He's really accommodating in terms of your work schedule and trying to find you exactly what you're looking for below budget. I really appreciated that he had a lot of listings to look at when we scheduled to meet instead of just the one I inquired so that we didn't waste any time. He also was very reassuring when I had hesitations regarding management companies and noise levels in certain apartments. Rather than pushing me into a place I didn't want, Brian was really honest in telling me how much he thought I would like the place and what the best option was. I highly recommend him!
