The BEST realtor. Would recommend 10/10
My wife and I are both agents for over 25 years, but we’re smart enough to know the market in Wall Street was not our expertise. We were lucky enough to find Adi online and couldn’t say enough good things about her from the perspective of parents, agents, and customers, she is the epitome of professional and prepared
Adi was not only great and easy to work with, but she went above and beyond to answer any and all questions, as well as help us sort out any matters. She made the stressful process of looking for and signing an apartment extremely easy and exciting!
Adi is thorough, personable and trustworthy! I highly recommend her, she made the process a pleasure
Adi Evron was super friendly and helpful when it came to finding us an apartment!! When one didn’t work out, she quickly found us another great apartment to look at. She was able to schedule tours promptly and give us her professional advice when we had apartment concerns. I would highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for an apartment!! :)
Great experience with Adi, very honest tour of apartment and helped me get into a great building! 10/10 would recommend!
Adi has been an absolute pleasure to work with! She responds very quickly, has answers to every question we asked and if she didn't she would get back to us very quickly, she's been very kind and positive throughout the entire process and even helped with additional asks that I had after we had signed the lease! Really appreciate all of her help, she was very professional and wonderful to work with! :)
Adi Evron is AMAZING! can't say enough wonderful things about Adi to do her justice! I highly recommend her to anyone searching NYC for their perfect apartment. She contacted me immediately when I reached out to her. She actually listened to me when I told her what I was looking for and what my budget was. She was non-judgmental regarding any of my requests, she understood. She was very honest with me when discussing some of my concerns. Her positive outlook made me comfortable and gave me hope. Adi never gave up and if I worked her nerves, she never showed it. She was probably much more positive than I was at times. We both knew when we found my perfect apartment in barely a week! Please contact Adi, I know you will be in the very best of hands! I'm definitely keeping her contact info!
My roommate and I were fresh college graduates and had no clue how to handle the NYC apartment search. Adi made everything super simple for us; her warm personality, professionalism, and years of experience coupled with her willingness to go above and beyond for her clients truly provided us a fantastic experience. If I ever need another broker in the future, I'm 100% planning on going back to Adi for sure!
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, made the entire process very easy and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Would recommend to anyone!
Adi was an absolute pleasure to work with! She helped my roommates and I get our dream apartment. Adi responded very quickly and communicated with us very well. She helped us through every step of the process and continued to answer every question we had along the way. I would most definitely recommend Adi as an agent!
Adi is the best broker in manhattan! She is so kind and patient and truly wants the best for each and every one of her clients. She has helped both me and my sister individually find our dream apartments. Adi helped us get an amazing deal and was so helpful during the entire process. If youre looking for the best broker, go with Adi!!!
Adi was super helpful during the apartment hunt process. She made herself available at all times which was great considering this is my first time moving to the city and had lots of questions. I would highly recommend going through Adi to find your future apartment.
Adi was a great help from start to finish. Unlike others that I encountered during my search for an apartment, Adi was easy to work with and straightforward about everything. Additionally, she worked quickly and efficiently once I found a place I really liked. Thanks so much for your help and for making my experience pleasant!
It was great working with Adi! She found me an amazing apartment in a perfect location.
Worked with Adi 2 years in a row. No one is better at this job. She is transparent, quick and efficient. Her prices are not exorbitant like other brokers I have worked with. They're fair and made clear at the beginning. She is also personable and a pleasure communicating with. 5 STARS. Highly recommend.
Excellent broker that adjusts to your need and located best available units in this tough market. Very friendly and accommodating even in short noticed. 5/5
After my daughter was admitted and chose to attend grad school in Manhattan, my wife and I began the search for an apartment rental in NYC as we had in the past with other real estate transactions. We quickly realized that securing a rental in NYC was not comparable to what we considered ordinary. We were approaching this from 1500 miles away and clearly needed a representative. I cannot remember how I came across this set of reviews for Adi Evron on renthop but decided to gamble on its legitimacy. Best decision, I could have possibly made. Soon after sending Adi an email with my budget, desired location, and amenities, she responded with a unit that had not yet been listed that checked every box and added some extra, unexpected attributes. I have never met, nor spoken to Adi. Every bit of this transaction, from 3rd party guarantor to lease signing, was done through email communication. Adi was quick to respond to every question and intervene on my behalf whenever necessary. If you find yourself in a similar position, send Adi an email and allow her to navigate the process for you.
Adi was so personable and easy to work with! She is a real human, not just a salesperson.
Adi understood my requirements and was very friendly throughout the process. Finding the right apartment in NYC can be stressful but Adi made it very smooth. I highly recommend her if you need to find your next home.
Working with Adi to find an apartment was very pleasant. She was very easy to work with and helped so much with the process. She was very helpful when touring and search for apartments and went above and beyond to help throughout the application and lease signing. I highly recommend!
I don't think I can put in words how amazing Adi has been with during this process. Not only did she go out of her way to show us this amazing apartment that we will shortly be calling our home but she also helped us out with the paperwork, building communication, and answering all of our questions. She is amazing! 100% recommend, we will be reaching out to her when we move again.
Adi is the literal best!!! I inquired about one building and she showed me an additional building she thought might be better. I’m currently living in the building she suggested and couldn’t be happier. Adi really knows her stuff and I felt like I was in great hands throughout the whole process. I never felt pressured. Adi answered all of my silly questions and remained in constant communication with me. Highly, highly, highly recommend working with Adi to find your new home!!

Adi is fantastic. Super knowledgeable and able to get ‘er done when I when dealing with landlords/mgmt co’s. She was super helpful in expediting a fast move. And she never drops the ball on quick communication. Which I don’t understand because she is always working! A+ highly recommended.
It was a pleasure to work with Adi. She stayed within my budget, provided prompt responses, and has a great selection of apartments to choose from. What's generally deemed as a dreaded process couldn't have been easier with her help. I'd highly recommend!
The ONLY agent you’ll ever, EVER, need !!
Adi was amazing. She was on top of everything, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, on time, diligent, and made everything happen.
Super impressed and lucky to have her as the broker.
Adi was great! very helpful in guiding me through the process
I decided to move out of my place and start looking for an apartment. I went to many places and talk to different brokers and did not find anything that was good for me. But now I believe in luck. Because I met Adi Evron. She got me the best place and the best deal!!! She has great energy and she is not just a broker. She is a person who cares for her clients!!!
Thank you Adi!!1
Marcelo.
Muchas gracias Adi!!!
Marcelo.
Adi was wonderful! Very helpful and was more than happy to explain any terms in the lease that we had questions or concerns about. She even was able to help us negotiate our rent! Thanks Adi! 😊
Working with Adi to find an apartment in NY was an absolutely pleasant experience. She was very responsive and tried her best to get me in to see the room as quickly as possible. As I was a new mover, Adi answered all my questions and made sure I got the best deal possible. I'd recommend Adi 10/10.
Adi was absolutely amazing to work with; I can not recommend her enough to someone looking for a new place. She is super knowledgeable, connected, responsive, and very accommodating. I felt so comfortable seeing places with her during COVID, and would work with her again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Adi, for finding my a gorgeous new apartment!
I cannot recommend Adi more! She was the most dedicated broker we could have asked for. She worked really hard to get us the best deal on our apartment, responded to texts and calls immediately, and was patient with my 10,000 questions throughout the whole process. If you want someone who is going to be kind, direct, and straightforward about the apartments you are looking at, Adi is the best. Thanks to her, I got a great deal on my dream apartment.
Adi was such a wonderful broker to work with. She responded in a timely manner, always had a positive attitude, and really helped my roommate and me with the whole process. It was a joy working with her and made this process so much easier.
Adi Evron,

Moving from out of state is never easy... and moving to NYC is also a ton of pressure and a lot of hard work. I used Adi as my broker and she did not disappoint. Not only am I absolutely in love with my apartment but she helped me on numerous accounts and was absolutely persistent daily until we finally settled on something we were 100% happy with. Adi was super responsive on all texts and emails which made the stress of the process a lot quicker and relieving. If in the future I need to use a broker in this city it will be her. Very knowledgeable about all areas, buildings, amenities, specific fees, etc. we are very happy with her help.
Adi was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was friendly, knowledgeable and made it an overall great experience finding my apartment. Not to mention, she helped me find a place that is MUCH nicer than what I was seeing when I was searching on my own. Thank you, Adi!
Adi is great! She took the time to understand our needs, budget, and timing to make things work. She has great understanding of Manhattan neighborhoods and did not waste our time. You're in good hands with Adi.
Wonderful working with Adi! She is clearly knowledgable of the market, which was extremely helpful having never lived in the city before. Not only that but she is very personable and easy to get along with. I really appreciated that she was aware of our apartment preferences and was able to assist us in finding an apartment that exceeded our expectations!
Adi made our lives so much easier and I genuinely do not know what we would have done without her. Going into working with her it was clear she had really taken her time to prepare for us and make sure we got what we wanted. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the buildings and areas we were in. Overall the entire process was quick and painless. On top of all of that, she was also personable and very nice. Could not recommend her enough.
Adi was able to show us our apartment almost immediately after we first reached out. The place was amazing and a week later, the place was ours. She helped every step of the way, including communicating with the landlord/management company when they wouldn’t respond directly to us right away. Very knowledgeable as she’s been in the business for years. Thank you, Adi!
Provided a well thought-out itinerary of potential real estate options based on my requirements and has excellent connections in Manhattan in order to view the best properties at the most convenient times.
I had a great experience working with Adi - I've worked with other brokers before and she was by far the most professional and caring broker I had. She gave me a wide range of options to consider that fit my criteria and I ended up signing a lease with one of them. I wouldn't even know about that apartment if it wasn't for Adi. She was also very fun and pleasant to work with - even though the apt searching can be stressful, she definitely made it much better. Lastly, she's very responsive and never gave me hard time for texting her past mid night or 6am, and always made herself available when I needed her. I will definitely use her service again next time I'm searching.
Adi was awesome from the very beginning! She responded almost immediately and worked very hard to set up multiple appointments for me back to back. Besides being extremely knowledgable she is a fun person to be around! She was negotiating deals at every place we saw, which was truly above and beyond. She's been doing this for so long she really knows everyone at every building! We ended up finding an awesome luxury apartment in Hell's Kitchen thanks to Adi! We are excited to start our next chapter in our new home :) we will definitely be reaching back out to Adi if we ever move again!
Adi is the best! She made the process so easy and was super helpful! I called her so stresssed with so many questions and she always had the answer to everything. Can't wait for my new apartment!
Adi was seriously a game changer for us! We have worked with brokers in the past and have always had fairly negative experiences but Adi is a serious pro at her job and a joy to work with. She listens to you, works with you, and makes sure you end up in the perfect apartment. She knows the market, knows the best places, and on top of that - she cares! Theres nobody else we would work with! She will save you time, tears, and get you into your perfect new home.
Adi is great at what she does. She found my last 2 places (I stayed in the first apartment for 5 years, so she knows what you're looking for). After giving her your criteria, Adi will go to work, setting up appointments and a map for the afternoon- this way, we can see 5+ places in an hour, which is essential for busy apartment-seekers. Adi never tries to show you apartments outside your price range or desired location, which is appreciated. Both times I worked with Adi, she found me no-fee apartments (the building covered her fee). Adi is super responsive and flexible and seems to know people in every building. Her 10+ years in the business make her an invaluable resource. I couldn't recommend her enough.
Adi was terrific and fun to search apts with. She understands your wants and needs very well and has extensive knowledge of the market. She showed us great options in line with our interests. I would highly recommend Adi to anyone searching.
Adi is the number one individual in NYC you should use for your apartment search. She is attentive to your needs and desires in a place and will be honest with you about what you should see as well as what you should not see (which is more important that you realize if you are just starting your search.
Work with Adi and you won't regret it. You'll even have fun in your search and laugh along the way!
After having worked with 10+ brokers for my first apartment hunting in NYC, I have found Adi to be an exceptional industry-leading broker. She is knowledgable, honest, passionate, and professional at all times and went above and beyond to find many options that satisfied my strict criteria, which, from a broker perspective, couldâve been a âcomplex and tryingâ request from a client. However, after her tireless search, she finally found us a luxury apartment unit that perfectly met our commute requirement and budget. Whatâs differentiating her apart from many other brokers is her markets skills. She seems to have established very strong network with leasing offices that allowed her to weigh in her power to negotiate. With that said, she helped us to get the rent discounted and completely waived amenity fee for the full year. It was an absolutely pleasurable experience working with Adi. Whenever I am back out in the market, she will always have the mandate to represent me. I strongly recommend her to my friends, family, and to YOU.
Searching for a rental with Adi was like searching for the perfect bridal gown with your best friend or maid of honor, at least that's how I felt! Our experience with Adi was AMAZING! She was very professional, respectful and mindful of our budget and wishlist, and was very prompt with communication. What I enjoyed the most was seeing her in action and witnessing her relationships with staff members of the rental properties; THEY ALL LOVED HER! She truly was made for this industry. Adi answered all my questions and asked the right questions from both myself and management. She was also very hands-on with obstacles and issues we came across. The process in finding an apartment is like no other in the country and it quickly became stressful. However, Adi stayed positive throughout the entire process and was determined to find us our perfect home. She has a comforting and trustworthy personality and I instantly felt at ease upon meeting her. I wouldn't recommend any other broker other than Adi Evron, she gets the job done!
Adi was top notch. Throughout the rental search she was calm, cool and collected. We threw a lot at Adi and had a lot of changes throughout the process and Adi was with us all the way until we found our perfect home. She was fabulous and I wouldn’t want anyone else!
I found Adi online through the reviews of other clients and I’m so glad I did. She is so patient, understands the needs of her clients and always tries to get them a good deal. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, well connected, extremely responsive, then Adi is your broker! She also doesn’t charge broker fees which is a huge plus in the NYC market. I will definitely be going through Adi again for future searches. Thanks for helping us find our dream apartment Adi!!
I'll keep this short and sweet but just know that Adi Evron should be your go to person if you're in the market for a new place. My roommates and I have met with numerous brokers/agents and no one has been as helpful and personable as Adi has. She has been in the business for some time and is incredibly knowledgeable about available apartments, the process of applying, and has a knack of predicting what will happen next. I was constantly texting her asking questions about apartments/applications and re-seeing the same apartment multiple times but she never made me feel bad about it. Instead she reciprocated by providing solid answers and recommendations to assuage my nerves and concerns. The bottom line is that she is wonderful and my roommates and I highly recommend her!
Adi was fantastic, she made our leasing experience quick, smooth and got us a great deal, I would recommend her any day
I submitted inquiries on several listings and Adi was the only agent to respond back instantly. I gave her my exact list of requirements and a tight budget. Can you believe I got my dream place in NYC lower than market rate with some added benefits! Very responsive, genuine, and down to earth agent with the connections you need to get your best place. It isn't about what you know but who you know when you are looking for a place.
Adi is my favourite broker! She quickly learned my tastes and suggested apartments I loved! She also was able to trade a discount for my lease. It was the second apartment Adi found for me - I highly recommend her!!!
We have nothing but the highest praise for Adi. She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and dependable and we recommend her without reservation. Adi is tireless and can be reached literally 24/7. She listens to you and will not show you rentals out of your price range. As in our case, she will keep working with you until she finds the perfect home for you.
Working with Adi was a sheer pleasure! It was my first time apartment hunting and New York and I could not have asked for a better help. She is precise, focused, and makes sure to listen and understand - which in my experience very few people can or will do. She got us the best deal on the market and stuck around till closure. I am so glad to have worked with her and would recommend you all to go to her for whatever needs that you might have. My mid-town manhattan luxury living was made simple with her and trust me it would be same for anyone who reaches out to her!
All the best and more power to you, Adi.
Adi such a delight to work with - she really listened and understood what we were looking for, respected our budget and preferences (NEVER pushed us towards anything, and didn't show us apts out of our range... which is huge in this city), and helped us find our dream apt. Thank you, Adi!!!
Extremely quick in responding, despite the time difference. And, with very little notice of my arrival to NYC from the UK, Adi scheduled a few days to show me several apartments in different areas. It's not easy relocating to Manhattan! This experience was both successful and completely enjoyable. Adi is a true professional and very personable. We accomplished finding a super studio apartment in a really great area. She guided me through every step in this whole process. Can't wait to move in now. Thanks Adi!
Adi was a true professional and knew the market like no other. she showed me some great properties and worked according to my schedule. I handed up subletting from a friend but will be sure to reach out to her next time I look for a place. Thank you Adi!
Adi was responsive, paid attention to what we wanted, and got us a great deal on an apartment we love in under 12 hours. She was a great communicator and we looked forward to seeing her the next day at our lease signing! We highly recommend Adi to anyone looking for an apartment in the city, especially on short notice. After a couple of phone conversations she was able to intuit exactly what we wanted. Next time we're in the market, we'll be calling Adi!

We found Adi through Craigslist. While working with her and other brokers, we decided to stick with Adi since she was able to recommend apartments not only within our price range, but within our esthetic preferences. While we understand that we can be very particular, Adi was kind, persistent, and willing to understand our needs and desires in search of an apartment. She has a vast knowledge of the current apartment vacancies in NYC, and though we were able to view many listings, we were particularly impressed by her rapport with the buildings and their management team. This gave us confidence to move forward as she understood the process well and even helped us negotiate our rent. We highly recommend Adi!
Adi is very professional, upbeat, and extremely knowledgable of the NYC real estate market. She also has excellent follow up skills; calling within a few minutes of me contacting her on quite a few occasions. Adi treats you in a way that makes you feel like you've known her for many years. She asks the right questions in finding out what's important to you. I would highly recommend Adi to anyone who needs a reliable realtor who is honest, upfront, and has your back during a very stressful time searching for a new home.
Adi helped me find a wonderful apartment within a very short time. She listened very well to what I wanted, and was patient, kind, respectful and professional. Adi's ethical approach, enthusiasm, and attention to every detail made my move from one country to another as stress-free as it could have been. She was 100% committed to the process of helping me find a place of my own in New York City, not the easiest city in which to rent. Having Adi as my realtor saved me from the nightmare that looking for a rental could have been. She is a brilliant agent whom I cannot recommend highly enough.
Adi is the best! I worked with several different brokers over a few weeks while looking for a new place, but Adi found exactly what I was looking for immediately!
Adi worked long distance to help us rent an apartment for our son for his senior year at NYU. No one else gave us the time of day but Adi handled everything. Thank you so much!
Adi was the first (and only) broker I worked with who actively sought out apartments that fit my description. She is very nice, straightforward and extremely communicative. You definitely feel like she puts you first in the process, and she knows the business very well. We did apply on an apartment she showed us. Overall, highly recommend working with her!
I am a licensed NY real estate agent from out of area and think that Adi is the best at what she does. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, upbeat, and a problem solver. I felt she handled herself as I would have and hope I have more opportunities to work with Adi. I highly recommend Adi!
Adi was great - she found us exactly what we wanted and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend working with her.
I highly recommend Adi Evron.
She is knowledgeable, personal, and fun to work with. And we love the place she found of us!
Adi is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She made us feel like real people in the process of finding an apartment, when it's easy to feel like a number in the vast rental mill of NYC real estate. She listened carefully to what we wanted, and followed up with us several times to show us new apartments that might be what we'd like... until "Voila!" she helped match us to the place that's right for us. We'd strongly recommend her to anyone who needs a broker, but especially to those new to the NYC rental market who need extra assistance learning the ropes.
Adi was amazing in helping us get our new apartment. I've searched in NYC for 8 years now and have dealt with some not so ideal situations with brokers, owners, management companies, etc. and our experience with Adi by far was the most seamless and least stressful of them all! I highly recommend Adi - she's friendly, honest, and knows the city well.
Adi was an awesome broker. Not only does she have great locations to show, she made us feel comfortable and was a pleasure to work with.
Adi was a true professional and great to work with throughout the process. She took the time to listen to what to exactly what I was looking for, reviewed the listings I sent her and helped to decipher the duplicate listings, and then from there found several additional options to tour. She also made sure to stick to looking for places within my budget which is always a key for most of us. Being new to NYC, she gave some great insight on the different neighborhoods. In the end, Adi helped me find the perfect apartment in the perfect location for me. I highly recommend using Adi when looking for your next place to live.
After a less than stellar experience with another broker on my first time apartment hunting in NYC, Adi was a breath of fresh air. She listened to what I said I was looking for, and even helped me to figure out things I didn't necessarily realize were important to me in an apartment. As the day shifted, and these things became apparent, Adi adjusted what she was showing me, while still making sure everything was within my comfort zone. I would absolutely recommend Adi, and I'll certainly use her again should the opportunity arise.
Adi was by far the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. She was not only professional, timley, knowledgeable and respected by the properties we saw, she was a fabulous human being. She took her time to understand exactly what I was looking for and gave of her time freely to ensure that all of my needs and expectations were met. When the process seemed overwhelming, Adi was there to smooth everything over and instill a sense of trust and ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home of any type. Her kind and measured demeanor was a bonus and I'm happy to say that I can now call her my friend.
Adi was amazing, patient and thorough. She spent several weekends (and week days!) going through various options with me. She kindly encouraged me to push myself out of my comfort zone in terms of location, and it really paid off. Additionally, she gave great advice as we had to break our lease with our current management company, and because of her, they still gave us a letter of recommendation even though we were breaking our lease! She's a true professional, but also a wonderful person.
Adi was absolutely perfect when looking for a new apartment. She helped us with every aspect of renting and negotiating. I would not have worked with anyone else.
Adi was extremely helpful in simplifying the NYC apartment hunting process. Her friendly composure immediately puts you at ease. She picks up on your requirements and tailors the showings to match.
Within the first few apartment showings, she immediately got a sense for the type of apartment I liked and started attuning newer showings to those set of likes. She was very attentive and helpful during the actual leasing process as well. I highly recommend her to others who are seeking an apartment in NYC.
I would highly recommend working with Adi! She quickly picked up on all of our apartment "must-haves" and only showed us apartments within our price range. She made the process easy and negotiated pricing on our behalf. It was such a pleasure working with Adi- it made the NYC apartment searching and renting process actually enjoyable!
I first met Adi a couple of years ago, and although I wasn't quite ready to move at that time, her resourcefulness was "top of mind" when it came time to move.
Within ONE DAY Adi found me the perfect apartment within budget and with every amenity I wanted. She was also super helpful when it came to the application process and lease signing.
I would highly recommend Adi and will reach out to her int he future shoudl i ever need to move again.
We worked with Adi on two occasions and both times she helped us find the perfect apartments. She was very flexible in scheduling showings based on our busy schedules and very knowledgeable on all the neighborhoods and buildings we visited (Murray Hill, Midtown West, Midtown East, Chelsea). Adi was always available for us to chat, ask questions, offered us great advice, and was very integral in helping us make our decisions. I would highly recommend working with her! Adi is the best
Adi is amazing person. She was very helpful and welcoming. Also worked really hard with us. I definitely would recommend her to my friends. Good luck!
It was an absolute please working with Adi! The entire process was seamless, and she was always available to answer any questions that I had along the way. I would definitely recommend Adi to others looking for an apartment in NYC! She was fantastic!! :)
Adi was super friendly and knew the rental places around the town very well! really friendly and easy broker to work with, thanks a lot Adi!
Adi was terrific!!! Leasing in NYC can certainly be a challenge. Adi made the entire process seamless and was available and extremely helpful. She found the perfect place for myself and my girlfriend and she was a pleasure to work with! Thank you so much Adi!!!
I recently moved to NYC with two roommates and had a very tight schedule to find an apartment. We had very specific requirements we were looking to fulfill in terms of convenience, location, amenities, and, of course, budget! Adi helped us find the perfect place!! She understood everything we needed and painstakingly made sure that every apartment she took us to see was very suitable for us. It was a real pleasure working with her and will definitely call her for my next move!

I had a great experience working with Adi. She was extremely responsive from the very beginning and she really took the time to get to know what my needs were so we weren't wasting both of our times throughout the process. Even though I didn't end up signing a place with her I really enjoyed working with her and I appreciate her for how straight forward and honest she as with me. Adi is a really fun and genuine agent to work with so I would highly recommend working with her to find your new home!

Adi was great to work with. She understood what we were looking for and made sure we were shown all the options before we came to a decision. Then she was very attentive and always available to answer questions as we went through the approval and lease signing process. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a broker who listens and is always there!
Adi is fantastic to work with- she makes finding an apartment in this crazy city much simpler and less painful. She really listens to exactly what you need and only shows you properties that match your needs and budget- she doesn't waste your time! She is extremely patient and not pushy at all. She brought us back several times to see the property to make sure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend Adi in your apartment search in NYC.
Adi is awesome. She went above and beyond to find me the place that perfectly meets my criteria. She also helped me navigate the NY market which has his own set of rules.
I've worked with a few agents at Caliber and they were all amazing but Adi was by far my favorite. Didn't feel like I was walking around with an agent (although she was super professional). Very down to earth and made the process quick, easy, and actually fun. Highly recommended!!!!!
I had the best experience with Adi. She answered all of my questions and have showed me the best options. She helped throughout the whole process and was a pleasure to work with. I rented with her a great apartment!
Was referred to Adi by a friend and was so glad to have found her! Extremely helpful in our apartment hunt and was very responsive and attentive to all our questions/requests even after we had already signed a lease with a building. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is new to the NYC housing market, she was able to make the process much easier for my roommate and I.
Best agent I've worked with! After viewing for weeks I finally met this professional agent who knows every area of this city, most importantly, knows what her client needs. There were several times she pointed out pros and cons which I did not even notice in the properties. Really smooth and great experience I had and I am so glad to finally find my perfect place in Manhattan with her help! 10/10!
Adi was by far the best thing to happen to me during my apartment search. After having run around this city like crazy with a bunch of other people i found Adi and she had me sign a lease for something that was exactly what I wanted in less than 2 days! Highly recommend her to anyone trying to get an awesome place super quick!
We just started looking.

We told Adi what we were looking for and she found exactly what we wanted on the first try. She is punctual, sharp and awesome. I highly recommend her.
I Never enjoyed spending time with an agent as I enjoyed now! she is very patient and didn't waste my time. i was very specific with what i was looking for and she found it for me.I strongly recommend using her as your agent.
This is the 2nd time around I used Adi as my broker. She is very fun to work with, very professional and has knowledge of the market. I highly recommend her if you want your NYC apartment search experience to go smooth. Let me not forget to mention I got a great deal!!!!

Adi was very helpful in finding me an apartment. She was able to give me a great options for my price range. I was able to get my apartment in very quick time. She had great relationships with the apartment leasing offices which helped get me good deals.
Adi is an amazing broker! I recently moved to the USA from Europe and required an apartment within 30 days. I met with several brokers before meeting Adi. Each of these brokers made me feel pressurized, brought me to apartments which did not meet my requirements, requested broker fees of 15%, and required me to use Insurent (at a cost of aprox $3000) as I had no US credit. Adi quickly established what I was looking for, brought me to a number of apartments over the course of two days. After the two day period I found the perfect apartment. I paid no broker fee and was not required to use Insurent due to Adi's negotiation with the leasing office in my apartment building. Not only was Adi super helpful but she made the process of finding an apartment fun! I also did not feel pressurized into signing for any apartment until I was ready! I will be using Adi for all my future apartment hunts and would and will be recommending her to anyone looking to find an apartment in NYC! Thank you Adi so much, I'm forever grateful!

Adi is great in finding the best apartment that will fit your budget, also she had a lot of patience. She show me the same apartment twice and she made the arrangements until I was able to get the layout I wanted. She is very nice and down to earth, it was great working with her.
Adi incredibly organized, knowledgeable, and professional. She knew what I wanted and gave me information about the listings that I wanted to see off the top of her head, it was nice to know that she understands my needs. She helped me every step of the way since searching for an apartment. I was very happy to complete successfully the process with her .I DID rent an apartment from this agent.

Looking for an apt in the city is never EASY, Adi was super quick with responding to my e-mails, eventho I had tones of questions, very flexible schedule and understood our needs and budget. Iâm please with the apartment we found and will recommend to our friends as well.
I move every two years and anytime I need an apartment I contact Adi directly. I'm surprised to see all negative reviews. The first time I moved, I met with two Broker's just to compare their inventory. Adi was the second Broker and took me to the building I wanted to move into and got me a deal on an apartment that wasn't even on the market yet. I know Broker's and I know NY, Adi has to be one of the best in the city.
