DESCRIPTION

Theres a reason Tribeca is one of Manhattans most coveted neighborhoods and this spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence puts you right in the middle of it. With an incredible downtown location, generous proportions, and the comforts that can be surprisingly hard to find in a Tribeca rental, this is city living without the usual compromises. Located in The Guide at Greenwich Street, part of the IP Collection, the apartment features hardwood floors throughout and a bright, open living space with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is finished with stainless steel appliances, a built-in microwave, and dishwasher, while two full bathrooms make the layout especially functional for roommates, families, or anyone who simply appreciates the extra space.
Outside your door is the Tribeca people come downtown for: cobblestone streets, destination restaurants, neighborhood cafes, boutiques, waterfront parks, and easy access to multiple subway lines. Its a neighborhood that feels distinctly downtown while keeping the rest of Manhattan remarkably accessible.
Spacious, comfortable, and set in one of the best locations in the city, this is the kind of Tribeca rental thats increasingly hard to find.

and living spaces for the growing population. These homes would
later be recognized as one of NYC's first residential neighborhoods
beyond the original colonial boundaries.
By the 1840's, several piers had been built in the area, which
encouraged trading ships to land there rather than navigate the
more difficult East River. This made industry in the area explode,
making it a hub for produce and textile creation. The industry of
the area only grew after the construction of the subway and…
