Sun-Splashed by Day and Twinkling at Night
Welcome to 10D at Continental Towers. This bright, north-facing home offers city views from both the living room and bedroom, with natural light by day and a sparkling backdrop of twinkling lights after sunset.
Warm-toned hardwood floors extend throughout the apartment. A versatile alcove offers space for dining or a home office, while the bedroom accommodates a king-size bed. Expansive closets provide the generous storage for which Continental Towers is known.
The beautifully renovated kitchen features white cabinetry, counter space on both sides, a dishwasher, and a gas range with an oven that has never been used. The renovated bathroom includes a shower stall, porcelain tiles, and a spacious vanity with warm, flattering lighting.
A welcoming lobby features a chandelier and distinctive geometric flooring. Upstairs, the rooftop offers seating, plantings, city views, and free Wi-Fi. The exceptionally large laundry room provides rows of washers and dryers for added convenience.
Enjoy easy access to Select Bus Service on Second Avenue, crosstown buses on 79th Street, and the Q and 6 trains. Gourmet grocery stores, restaurants, and nightlife are close at hand, with Whole Foods coming soon to the building's commercial space.
