In the last six years, Michael has built a successful business by working tirelessly for his clients. Able to ask the right questions and quickly and effectively assess exactly what his buyers and sellers need, he streamlines the entire process to ensure they get what they want. Through his long standing relationships in the industry, Michael has a knack for finding the hidden gem deals.

Michael prides himself on his communication skills and complete transparency with his clients. He is always direct and honest with them and will never push a client or rush them to make a decision. He is personally invested in each transaction as if it were his own investment and makes sure his clients feel they have all the resources they need to make the most informed decision possible.

Michael has always had a passion for real estate. When he was young, he rented parking spaces in his native Boston and managed neighbors' properties for them. As soon as financially feasible, he started investing in properties himself and has multiple condos and buildings around the country he has invested in both short and long term, including multi-unit building development projects.

Currently residing on the Upper East Side, Michael is particularly knowledgeable about the neighborhood and surrounding area. Over the last six years he has watched the community blossom and bloom from a quiet neighborhood to a diverse area with an active nightlife, great dining and shopping.

Michael is as passionate about the Celtics as he is real estate and is a season ticket holder. During the summer, he likes to sneak away to Cape Cod to recharge and in the winter enjoys visiting his family in Delray Beach in Florida.
