We have 2 rooms available at our giant Bushwick loft.  

The rooms average about 12x14 feet. 1.5 bathrooms. It's a 6 bedroom loft but we only rent out 5. The extra bedroom is for visiting guests and Airbnb.

You'd be moving in with Greg (freelance sound person, late 30's), my and me, Mat, (freelance video editor, 30's) and my dog Layla. We live above a church with a really rocking band so Sunday mornings can be a bit rowdy for a few hours. Diligence about a clean kitchen is a MAJOR PLUS.

We have a 10 foot projector screen, sound system, lots of light, 1 huge bathroom with a rain shower and a claw-foot bathtub and another half bathroom and a small rooftop patio.  Large amazing rooftop as well.  Key Foods is 4 blocks away.  Laundry across the street.  J train is 4 blocks away.

We all like drinking and are 420 friendly.  We do movie nights a few times a month where we invite friends over to watch classic movies.  Beyond that we're not really crazy.
