This experience provided him with the unique opportunity to work with visionaries who developed the most successful strategies taking place in the marketing of campaigns, direct mail, media and event-based fundraising for candidates. This later cultivated into a lifestyle of ongoing valuable business relationships, real estate investments, and entrepreneurial endeavors. Today, Theo utilizes a campaign strategy approach and his DC network to market and sell your house and find you a new home. As a 4th generation Washingtonian and former local delivery service owner, Theo is a logistics expert in the DC, MD & VA metro areas. He will save you time in search your by listening to you and matching your wants and needs to the local real estate market. He possesses a unique knowledge and understanding of the communities, and commuting times inside and outside the capital beltway. Theo is passionate about helping people and rarely misses an opportunity to assist a friend or colleague with a community charity fundraiser and has served on several local boards and startups.
