A brand new studio in a full-service building, designed so the space works harder than the square footage suggests. Floor-to-ceiling windows and ceilings give the room real volume and light, with stone and hardwood floors, LED lighting, individual central air, and keyless entry.
The kitchen is finished to the same standard as the larger residences: Italian two-tone cabinetry with LED counter lighting, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, a gas cooktop, and an electric wall oven. Premium fixtures in the bath, and a washer and dryer right in the unit, so no shared laundry runs.
The amenity package effectively extends your living space. Fitness center, indoor pool with sauna, resident lounge, coworking lounge, children's playroom, resident terrace, and a rooftop deck with grills. Attended lobby around the clock, plus on-site parking and bicycle storage.
The location puts you near multiple transit lines including the 7, A, C, and E, along with Whole Foods, the shops at Hudson Yards, and a strong restaurant scene.
Please feel free to contact me to set up a tour. I work with a broad range of inventory, so if something else would suit you better, just tell me what you need.

With industrialization came working class immigrants, who worked the piers and helped build the row houses and low rise apartment complexes that are still around to this day. Thanks to its surplus of industries and piers, Chelsea soon became a slightly wealthy neighborhood. It was even the sight of the new theater district before…
