Daniel brings a practical, grounded perspective to his work at Highline Residential in New York City. A graduate of Occidental College in Urban and Environmental Policy, his background includes years as a professional chef, a musician, and an operator of urban agriculture projects in both Los Angeles and New York. Having built his real estate foundation in Southern California, Daniel now applies that sharp market experience directly to the NYC landscape.
Outside of the office, Daniel focuses his time on raising his 11-year-old son, playing music, and exploring his deep love for New York City and its rich history. He keeps his business straightforward, in tune with his clients' needs and wants, focusing entirely on doing the groundwork and finding the right fit.

Daniel was amazing! Truly so hands on, which was great as we had a limited amount of time to get a very specific type of apartment, and he made it look easy!
