### WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS HOME
**The space is the selling point here.** This isn't a one-bedroom where you have to choose between a dining table and a proper living room.
The oversized layout gives you enough room to create distinct living and dining areas, while the king-size bedroom can accommodate additional furniture without feeling cramped. Generous closets provide the kind of storage that can be surprisingly hard to find in Chelsea.
Add a renovated kitchen, stainless steel appliances, marble bathroom, elevator, laundry, and live-in superintendent, and you have a very practical home in an exceptional downtown location.
