DESCRIPTION
Thirty-five floors above Tribeca, the view is the first thing you notice- and something you never quite get used to. A private terrace directly off the living space creates a rare extension of the apartment outdoors.

Inside, the layout is open, bright, and exceptionally functional. The living and dining space offers plenty of room to create distinct areas for relaxing, dining, and working from home. A pass-through kitchen keeps everything connected and features stainless steel appliances, including a built-in microwave and dishwasher, plus counter space for stool seating.

Generous closets throughout provide real storage, while hardwood floors run throughout. Both bedrooms are comfortably sized, with the flexibility to use the second as a bedroom, nursery, guest room, or dedicated home office.

Part of the IP Collection, The North offers the amenities of a full-service Tribeca building. Residents enjoy a 24-hour doorman, newly renovated lobby and hallways, and down the street at The Helm is a fitness center, spin studio, swimming pool, and childrens playroom.

Outside your door is everything that makes Tribeca such a distinctive place to livefrom some of the citys best restaurants and neighborhood cafs to independent shops, cobblestone streets, and the Hudson River waterfront. Parks, dining, shopping, and transportation are all nearby, putting the best of downtown Manhattan within easy reach.

These homes would later be recognized as one of NYC's first residential neighborhoods beyond the original colonial boundaries.

By the 1840's, several piers had been built in the area, which encouraged trading ships to land there rather than navigate the more difficult East River. This made industry in the area explode, making it a hub for produce and textile creation. The industry of the area only grew after the construction of the subway and…
