Townhouse living with all the conveniences of a premium rental building. This two-bedroom residence offers a welcome sense of separation from the typical high-rise apartment. Part of the IP Collection, the home combines a more intimate residential setting with the space and convenience of downtown living.

Inside, hardwood floors and natural light give the home a warm, inviting feel, while the well-proportioned layout provides plenty of room to unwind, gather, or work from home. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and ample cabinetry for everyday storage.

Step outside and Tribeca is at your doorstep, with the Hudson River waterfront, neighborhood parks, restaurants, cafe, and shops all within easy reach. Its a distinctive way to experience the neighborhood more private, more residential, and still unmistakably Tribeca.
