East 19th Street has been called "Block Beautiful" - celebrated for its wide array of architecture and pristine aesthetic. This 1910 building holds just eight apartments. You occupy the entire top floor. Three bedrooms, flex four. Two full bathrooms. A private roof deck that belongs only to you.
Painters and actors colonized this very block in the 1920s and 1930s. That spirit never left. Union Square is minutes away. Madison Square Park is within reach. The N, R, Q, 4, 5, and 6 trains connect you to the rest of the city. Space this generous, on a block this rare, does not stay available long.
