It is a PRIVATE BEDROOM with two windows with a view to Empire State Building, and the other towards the East River. The sublease is available from April 1st. $2300 includes EVERYTHING- the rent of the spacious master bedroom and utilities (gas, water, electricity). The apartment is located within two blocks of the L train, a block from Target on Avenue A and amazing bars and restaurants!!!
Currently, the room can occupy a king size bed, a sofa, a TV stand, and has two walk-in closet in the room. GYM! PARK! BASKETBALL COURT! VOLLEYBALL COURT! TENNIS COURT! We got it all!

We are two females in their 20's and are super chill and friendly, and love to engage with new roommates and have a great vibe! You think you can be the one?
