Positioned high above the city within the The Lucida, this south-facing three-bedroom, three-bathroom residence with private balcony delivers scale, light, and precision in design.
A gallery entry opens into a loft-like living and dining space, framed by floor-to-ceiling glass and uninterrupted southern exposures. The result is consistent natural light and open city outlooks throughout the day. Extending the full width of the entertaining space, a 31-foot private balcony offers a seamless indoor-outdoor transition, suited for dining or quiet use above the city.
The open kitchen is executed with performance and restraint-rosewood cabinetry, Caesarstone surfaces, and a full suite of integrated appliances including Sub-Zero refrigeration, Miele ovens, cooktop, and dishwasher, complemented by a Viking wine refrigerator.
Each of the three bedrooms is proportioned for privacy and functionality, featuring en-suite marble baths and full-height windows. The corner primary suite is defined by three custom closets and a Calacatta Oro marble bath with soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and dual vanity finished in dark wood and polished nickel.
Additional details include high ceilings, solid walnut flooring, custom millwork, motorized shades, and a full-size, side-by-side washer/dryer-all aligned for turnkey occupancy.
Designed by Cook + Fox Architects in collaboration with Extell Development Company, the building offers a full-service experience with 24-hour doorman and concierge, along with a comprehensive amenity suite: indoor pool and spa, fitness center, yoga studio, resident lounge, playroom, and golf simulator.
