DESCRIPTION
The only reason I am giving up this amazing find is because I am leaving the country. I love this apartment and the location is divine Location: 3 min walk from Central Park, right around the corner from the BC line, and 1 Ave up from the 123. Quiet side street so it is easy to sleep with windows open at night.

The Apartment is on the ground floor of a walk up:
* Private garden that I have spent a lot of money on so it is lush and green (NOT like when I rented it).
* Sunroom with skylights and a large window into the garden. (My favorite room).
* Large bedroom with a large closet that overlooks the private garden.
* Large living room and dining area and 4 additional closet space (lots of close space in this apartment!)
* Kitchen with a dishwasher
* Bathroom with bathtub and shower head.
* Very large, private basement (used as a second bedroom) with a half bath and a washer/dryer hook-up (can leave washer/dryer behind for a small fee).
* Pets allowed.

Can discuss a small fee to leave any of the following within the unit, if desired:
* Washer / Dryer
* Outdoor Table, Chairs and Chair Cushions
* Cabinets in the basement for extra storage (e.g. books etc)
* White Wood Blinds on all the windows
N.B. If none of these items are desired, of course, the flat will be turned over completely bare of furniture

Rent and Fees
* Currently pay $4,900 and landlord not expected to raise rent
*$450 small fee for booking the apartment (negotiable depending on date of confirmation
To rent)

UPPER WEST SIDE

The Upper West Side, bordered by Central Park and Riverside Park, is dotted with residential structures that seem like they sprang straight out of a movie or television show. Indeed, the neighborhood has often been depicted in films and TV shows, notably Seinfeld, You've Got Mail, American Psycho, Ghostbusters, Hannah and her Sisters, among many others. All of this makes the Upper West Side an ideal location for a stroll through pop culture history-and history in general.

As you walk around, you'll notice beautiful row residences and some of the loveliest pre-war structures on the tree-lined and flower-filled streets on the Upper West Side. Despite the fact that it might be an expensive location to live in, the Upper West Side provides everything you need within walking distance.

Boundaries of Upper West Side

The Upper West Side is located between 59th and 110th Street between Central Park (to the East) and the Hudson River (to the West). It is next to the neighborhoods of…
