DESCRIPTION
Spacious 1 bedroom with lots of natural sunlight and 1 full bathroom, located on the 4th floor. Safe and family friendly neighborhood while still being close to Midtown. Trader Joes and laundromat less than a block away.
We have to move back to Chicago to take care of a sick family member. Looking for someone to move in Early November.
Rent is ~$3,100 a month plus electricity/internet/cable. Requirements: 40 times rent in annual income and 700+ credit score. Landlord will run a credit check.
