DESCRIPTION
Bright, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, Residence 9A at Bridge Tower Place offers the flexibility renters want in a polished full-service condominium setting.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home features an excellent split-bedroom layout, in-unit washer and dryer, open southern city and bridge views, and a generous living and dining area designed for comfortable everyday living. A proper entry foyer with a coat closet creates a welcoming sense of arrival, while oversized windows bring natural light into the main living space.

The separate kitchen is efficiently designed with stainless steel appliances, abundant cabinetry, granite countertops, and a practical layout for cooking and storage.

The king-sized primary bedroom is privately positioned on one side of the home and features two closets, including a walk-in closet, along with an en-suite bath complete with a deep soaking tub, separate stall shower, and linen storage. The second bedroom works well as a true bedroom, guest room, den, or home office, and is currently outfitted with a twin Murphy bed integrated into a built-in office setup. A second full bath is conveniently located off the main hallway.

Additional highlights include excellent closet space, a defined dining area, and a large storage cage included with the apartment.

Bridge Tower Place is a full-service condominium designed by Costas Kondylis, offering 24-hour doorman service, a fitness center, sun terrace, children's playroom, bike room, live-in superintendent, and on-site parking garage.

Located at 401 East 60th Street, the building is conveniently positioned near the East River, Sutton Place, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods Market, Bloomingdale's, multiple transportation options, and a wide range of dining, shopping, and neighborhood conveniences.

UPPER EAST SIDE

The Upper East Side has a reputation of wealth and opulence. Once home to the wealthiest New Yorkers (like the Kennedys, the Roosevelts, and the Rockefellers), the UES is filled with ornate and beautiful buildings. Today, the Upper East Side is still considered one of the more expensive neighborhoods, however, in recent years, it has begun to see younger arrivals (people in their 20s and 30s) who are finding better deals up north, away from the Lower East Side and/or hip Williamsburg.

With the completion of the 2nd Avenue train, the neighborhood is only becoming more accessible to everyone as previously the only train servicing the UEW was the 4,5,6 on Lexington Avenue. Even better, the further east you go, the cheaper the apartments get. All this is only adding on to the interest from renters who no longer have to commute for as long to get to the area.

Boundaries of Upper East Side

The Upper East Side contains some smaller neighborhoods such as Yorkville, Lenox Hill, Carnegie…
