Extremely Large, Top-Floor Studio with In-Home Washer/Dryer in the Heart of Park Slope
Welcome to your next home at the crossroads of charm and convenience - a beautifully updated top-floor studio located on one of Park Slope's most picturesque avenues. Set within a well-maintained, classic Brooklyn townhouse, this thoughtfully designed residence offers both historic character and modern comforts.
Upon entering, you'll immediately appreciate the sense of space and light. The generously sized living and sleeping area is anchored by a graceful bow window, which frames serene, treetop views over 6th Avenue and bathes the room in natural sunlight. Whether you're relaxing, working from home, or entertaining, the open layout offers plenty of versatility for your lifestyle.
One of the standout features of this studio is its updated, windowed eat-in kitchen - an uncommon luxury in studio living. Outfitted with sleek Caesarstone countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), and custom cabinetry, the kitchen provides an elegant and functional space that's separate from the main living area, making everyday living and entertaining a breeze.
Just off the central hallway, you'll find the bathroom appointed with a soaking tub, chic tilework, and a vanity with built-in storage. A deep walk-in closet, complemented by a separate coat closet near the entrance, ensures ample storage - a rare find in a studio apartment.
Perhaps best of all, this home is equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer, offering unmatched convenience and privacy without sacrificing space.
Location is everything - and this address delivers. Situated just a few blocks from the F and G trains at 7th Avenue/9th Street, your commute into Manhattan or around Brooklyn is seamless. On weekends, enjoy a stroll to Prospect Park, where the main entrance at Grand Army Plaza and the year-round Greenmarket await just minutes away.
You'll also be spoiled for choice when it comes to dining and entertainment. Some of Park Slope's most beloved restaurants and cafes - including Katsuei, Bogota Latin Bistro, Alchemy, Stone Park Cafe, Negril, Calexico, and the renowned al di la Trattoria - are right around the corner on 5th and 7th Avenues.
