DESCRIPTION
This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence at The North stands out for its generous proportions, private outdoor space, and highly functional layout.

The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a built-in microwave, dishwasher, and an island with additional prep space and counter seating. It opens directly to the living area, creating a bright, expansive central space with plenty of room for both living and dining.

Both bedrooms are comfortably sized, with two full bathrooms and ample closet space throughout. An in-unit washer and dryer adds everyday convenience, while the private balcony offers a rare opportunity for your own outdoor space in the heart of Tribeca.

The North is located in the heart of Tribeca and is part of the IP Collection. Residents enjoy the service of a 24-hour doorman, along with newly renovated lobby and hallways. Just down the street at The Helm, residents also have access to a fitness center, spin studio, swimming pool, and children's playroom.

Outside your door is everything that makes Tribeca such a distinctive place to live from some of the city's best restaurants and neighborhood cafes to independent shops, cobblestone streets, and the Hudson River waterfront. With parks, dining, shopping, and transportation all nearby, The North puts you in the middle of one of downtown Manhattans most established and desirable neighborhoods.
