This clean and furnished studio apartment in a Turtle Bay doorman building features a fully equipped kitchen including pots, pans, silverware, dishware, a trash can, and various cooking essentials. There is also an adjustable height standing desk, a couch, a table with 4 chairs, a dresser, two lamps, and a bed with a comfy queen mattress purchased 9 months ago. The apartment also features a window air conditioner and a built-in heater.

I'm leaving NYC but my lease continues until Sept 30th with an option to renew. NOTE: All furniture is included for FREE. (All stray boxes, bags, and suitcases in the photos will be removed prior to your move-in.) The $2300 per month rent includes all utilities except wifi and the building has ample laundry units in the basement.

This apartment is located within a 10-minute walk of dozens of bars and restaurants and the E, M, and 6 Subway train lines at the 51st St and 53rd & Lexington stations. It is also next door to a Morton Williams supermarket and a 12-minute walk from Whole Foods on E 57th Street. Attractions next door include the United Nations world headquarters and the Ophelia Lounge rooftop bar. Over a dozen embassies and foreign consulates are also nearby.
